The Dress
This flattering dress is a Blue Willow by Anne Barge in the style "Daydreamer". The fabric is an Organza mattelasse, subtly embossed with a floral pattern that catches in the light. It is light and extremely comfortable, and so so easy to dance in! It has a classic, timeless silhouette and is structured with a waist defining cummerbund and light flowing ballgown skirt. The back features buttons all the way down to the button of the skirt that stay on display when bustled.
Note: I am 5'6, but I wore shoes that were about 2/2.5 inches, so it is hemmed for around 5'8.
Alterations
Paid around $900 for alterations. We made a slight alterations to the bodice so that it was comfortable without a bra. Additionally, we removed the label, as it could be seen through the bodice.
